Oracle Recognizes Forceview BV Expertise in Delivering Forceview on the Oracle Cloud Platform
September 19, 2016 - Oracle today recognized Forceview with its 2016 Oracle Excellence Award for Cloud ISV Partner of the Year – Global. Forceview is a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).
The Oracle Excellence Award for Cloud ISV Partner of the Year recognizes OPN ISV partners' commitment to delivering innovative solutions on the Oracle Cloud Platform and their business achievements. The award reflects Forceview’s excellence in a number of areas, including solutions which demonstrate cloud thought leadership, progressive cloud strategy and customer satisfaction.
Forceview was presented the 2016 Oracle Excellence Award: Cloud ISV Partner of the Year – Global for demonstrating partner excellence in combining new cloud technology to create solutions for end users. Forceview, founded in 2014 focuses on delivering creative solutions in the field of HR.
Forceview BV delivers a solution, called Forceview, which enables organizations to manage their workforce planning in a smart and cost-effective way. Forceview enhanced this application by providing their customers with a standard set of processes built in the Oracle Process Cloud Service (OPCS) that enable organizations to get in control of the processes of onboarding and off boarding.
Forceview – Workflow, built in OPCS, is an innovative solution that uses the advantages of the Oracle Cloud to create a system independent process system that enables end users to get in control of the on- and off boarding processes by improving the quality of de data that is used for several systems like HR, ICT, Finance and Facilities. The data registered and created in the processes provides a solid base to get in control of all HR-relevant data that is necessary to optimize resource planning on an operational and tactical level.
By adding Oracle Database Cloud Service, Forceview enabled the possibility to work with advanced analytics (R and Data Mining). This means Forceview not only offers a standard set of people metrics and analytics, but also predictive analytics, trend lines, clustering, regression, text analytics, statistical analytics, and forecasting. The process-data combined with the data available in existing systems provides a solid base for advanced people analytics within Forceview on a strategic level, so all levels of people analytics are served.
Forceview was developed on the Oracle Cloud Platform (PaaS) and is available as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud and Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud. It also smoothly interacts with Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle’s PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM Cloud. Forceview is available on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
