Qualogy live with Taleo!

As of October, Qualogy employees and managers are able to view and edit their personal information in this new HR system. For Performance Management, the bi-monthly and annual reviews will be done in Taleo.
No more paper documents flying around and getting lost, no more email messages going back and forth, but the complete performance management process in one system including goals, peer reviews, workflow and notifications!
Taleo is a cloud application and therefore accessible from every pc, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. We will keep you posted on our experiences with Taleo and Fusion HCM!
