Successful offshoring to Suriname
VNGR provides its members with a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing. VNGR monitors socially relevant developments, agendas relevant topics for municipalities, brings municipalities and other parties together, and facilitates interest representation, policy development, and service delivery. ENSIA is a tool used by municipalities to account for information security, data integrity, and data quality to the central government and various ministries.
ENSIA is currently used by all municipalities. Qualogy Caribbean is responsible for managing the tool and its further development to ensure, among other things, that it remains user-friendly and up-to-date.
This is the first time VNGR has collaborated in this way with a company based outside the Netherlands, and the collaboration is going very well. Since Qualogy Caribbean is based in Suriname, all meetings take place via online video calls or by phone.
