Intervast Suriname N.V. is a real estate company focused on subdivision projects and project development. The company was founded in 1999 by the founder. The director has been involved with the company from the beginning. He started as financial manager and was appointed as general director on January 1, 2020.
The director contacted Qualogy Caribbean because he was looking for an IT company that could increase the transparency of available homes being offered for sale and prevent overlap or double sale of the same real estate.
After a meeting with Qualogy Caribbean, the Intervast Client Administration System (IKAS) was developed, a custom system for Intervast. In addition to the status of real estate being offered for sale, this system also provides customers with the ability to check the balance of their internal financing.
